Christ Is Our Wisdom

Wisdom isn’t just an idea—it’s a Person. And His name is Jesus.

Proverbs 3 reminds us that wisdom follows God’s commands and reflects His character. The wise person trusts Him completely, reverences Him deeply, and humbles themselves before Him. This is the fear of the Lord—not dread, but awe-filled honor.

The wise also honor the Lord with their possessions, acknowledging that everything we have comes from Him. And when we embrace wisdom, she rewards us with treasures the world can’t buy:

• Long life
• Health and strength
• Riches and honor
• A tree of life—the God-kind of life
• Joy that lasts

The key? Don’t let go. Take hold of wisdom and cling to her. When you do, you’ll find happiness that no circumstance can steal.

So today, let’s pursue Christ—our wisdom—with the same passion a man pursues the woman he loves. Let’s give Him our full attention and desire Him above all else. And let’s thank the Holy Spirit for empowering, enabling, and equipping us to walk this out every day.
